📋 Description

Build and lead the commercial operating model for Business Assurance Benelux
Serve as commercial integrator across segments and capabilities
Ensure market visibility, governance, tools, and pipeline to hit revenue/margin goals

🎯 Requirements

12–15+ years in senior commercial leadership
Proven success in organic growth and market development
Experience with CRM, commercial analytics, forecasting and IBP
Experience in TIC or international technical services preferred
Strategic, data-driven, cross-functional leadership
