📋 Description

• Define and operationalize a comprehensive compliance program across regulatory, clinical, gov
• Build governance cadence with reporting, risk themes, and issue escalation.
• Lead privacy/HIPAA compliance operations, policy maintenance, and data protection coordination.
• Partner with Clinical, product, operations, data, and payer teams to embed compliance into new
• Establish internal audit function with policy reviews and risk monitoring.
• Support credentialing oversight in partnership with Clinical leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership in value-based care or payer-facing models.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA/privacy, CPOM, licensing, credentialing, AKS/FWA, False Claims Act
• Hands-on experience with Medicare, Medicaid, ACOs, CMS requirements.
• Proven ability to build practical compliance programs with policies, training, audits, and controls.
• Comfortable in early-stage, multi-state environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong judgment and cross-functional leadership across legal, clinical, security, and business
