📋 Description

• Act as BTSE Dubai’s principal contact for VARA, CBUAE, FIU, and other authorities.
• Lead regulatory filings, notifications, inspections, and correspondence.
• Ensure timely adoption of VARA updates and other regulatory guidance.
• Represent BTSE in regulatory meetings and audits; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Serve as UAE MLRO for the Dubai entity.
• Oversee AML/CTF activities: CDD/KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, investigations, and SARs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years in compliance and AML/CTF within financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Deep understanding of UAE regulatory landscape (VARA, CBUAE, DFSA, FSRA) and AML/CTF obligations.
• Proven experience dealing with regulators and leading UAE compliance programs.
• Native-level Arabic; strong English written and verbal skills.
• UAE citizenship with legal authorization to work locally.
