🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business/Finance/Economics; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in a leadership role; 5+ in auto finance or consumer lending.
• Strong credit risk management, underwriting, and portfolio analytics.
• Experience scaling lending operations in startup/high-growth settings.
• Debt funding experience (warehouse lines, forward flow, securitization).
• Knowledge of Canadian lending regulations and compliance.
