Head of Consumer Operations

📋 Description

• Lead financial operations for consumer business across fiat and crypto assets.
• Own end-to-end money movement: deposits, withdrawals, settlements, reconciliation at scale.
• Drive operational readiness for new products and geographic expansions.
• Partner with Compliance, Treasury, Product, and Engineering to ensure reliability and trust.
• Build and scale an operations team and documented control framework.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in financial/payments/treasury operations; 4+ years in senior leadership.
• Direct experience with fiat and crypto money movement at scale.
• History building operations teams through rapid growth (in-house and outsourced).
• Strong AML/KYC/fraud-prevention knowledge; collaborate with Compliance.
• Experience with Treasury liquidity/cash positioning and banking relationships.
• Proven ability to drive product launches and geographic expansions with regulatory awareness.
