📋 Description

• Lead full acquisition lifecycle across US, Canada, and Europe
• Identify targets and develop investment theses
• Negotiate transactions and drive close
• Partner with exec leadership and investors on portfolio strategy
• Manage multiple high-priority deal workstreams
• Build integration plans post-acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in investment banking, private equity, venture/growth, or corporate development
• Direct M&A execution experience from sourcing to closing
• Strong financial modeling incl. LBO and merger models
• Experience with consumer software or related tech is valued
• Strong commercial judgment and strategic fit assessment
• Understanding of acquisition strategies and software roll-ups
