🎯 Requirements

• Strategic CRM leadership in gaming or app-based entertainment
• Experience leading 8+ people and multiple specialist workstreams
• Experience scaling CRM in multi-brand, high-growth environments
• Deep CRM platform expertise; Bloomreach preferred
• SQL and BI tools for data-driven campaign dashboards
• Lifecycle management, segmentation, and monetization in gaming
