Own customer outcomes in EMEA (GRR, NRR) and delivery model
Lead regional team: CVPs, Data Scientists, and Implementations
Shape scalable services and tools in a global model
Own escalations and regional governance on at-risk accounts
Partner with Sales to scope and ensure deliverable commitments
Run regional reviews with Sales and leadership

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in professional services or delivery in B2B software
Experience scaling a services operating model globally
Track record owning GRR/NRR and revenue benchmarks
Proven escalation management experience
Comfort with SaaS metrics and regional forecasting
Strong hiring and team-building instincts
