📋 Description

Lead a multidisciplinary team to define and execute the ANZ data strategy
Partner with Global BTS, CEX, and Commercial teams to deliver data-led solutions

Drive AI/ML initiatives and predictive analytics across the organisation
Ensure data governance, quality, security, and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in business, data, analytics, or AI roles, with 5+ years in leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Data Science/CS or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred
Proven ability to define and deliver enterprise data/AI strategies
Expertise in ML/AI methodologies and MLOps
Strong data architecture, governance, and compliance knowledge
Experience delivering enterprise reporting solutions and data products
