📋 Description

• Define and execute the organization's long-term data strategy aligned with business objectives
• Own the architecture and evolution of the enterprise data platform (ingestion, transformation, storage, access)
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing data engineering team with standards
• Design scalable data governance covering ownership, quality, lineage, metadata
• Ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient for workloads
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics by enabling teams to access trusted data

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading enterprise data strategy and modern data platforms
• Experience building and leading Data Engineering or Data Platform teams
• Strong expertise in cloud-based data architectures, warehousing, ETL/ELT
• Demonstrated experience implementing data governance, quality, lineage, metadata management
• Track record of scaling data capabilities and improving data maturity
• Experience delivering self-service analytics and enabling business adoption of data products
