• Lead multiple engineering teams across the Data Platform org, fostering an inclusive
• Deliver the Data Platform roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Manage cross‑functional programmes across Data and Technology.
• Oversee quarterly planning, governance and operational health of the Data Platform.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product and Data.
• Own vendor relationships, governance and contract oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading Data Engineering/Platform teams.
• Strong delivery of strategic roadmaps across multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence.
• Experience managing technology vendors and commercial governance.
• Balance operational delivery with long‑term planning.
• Background in Data/Platform Engineering; deep architecture not essential.
