• Proven experience leading enterprise data strategy.
• Leadership of Data Engineering or Data Platform teams.
• Strong cloud-based data architectures, warehousing, ETL/ELT.
• Experience implementing governance, data quality, lineage, metadata.
• Track record in scaling data capabilities and data maturity.
• Experience enabling self-service analytics and data products.
