🎯 Requirements

• Built and operated at least one AI agent or agentic workflow in production; able to explain
• Led a technical team, including hiring or developing people and making architecture/delivery
• Experience serving customers from discovery to launch, problem resolution, and measurable outcomes
• Ability to break a messy service into deterministic, testable steps and define escalation paths
• Evidence of productizing bespoke work into reusable systems; prefer experience in regulated
• Strong emphasis on preventing low-quality AI outputs through grounded context, verification, evals
