Head of Department - Mineralogy

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day technical coordination and operation of the Mineralogy division, including XRD and
• Oversee maintenance of mineralogical equipment and achieve high uptime with minimal downtime.
• Route work, improve workflows, and maximize resource utilization in the department.
• Lead technical projects as workload requires and ensure timely technical execution.
• Coordinate with mineralogist for project delivery to clients and for Metallurgy/geochemistry
