• Define and enforce a unified design system across Canary products.
• Establish clear information hierarchy standards for pages.
• Build design principles that are programmatically enforceable yet flexible.
• Create specs enabling AI agents to generate UI with minimal human review.
• Audit surfaces and converge to a single coherent system.
• Partner with engineering and product to make the design system the source of truth.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Design with 3+ years leading teams.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end systems thinking at scale.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain design talent.
• Strong partner to Product and Engineering; comfortable in ambiguity.
• Fluency in design systems, accessibility, UX research; analytics familiarity.
• Hands-on with Figma, tokens, specs; strategic governance.
