📋 Description

• Senior design leader for Odin’s product and brand identity
• Define design direction in collaboration with founders and teams
• Build systems and feedback loops to scale design work
• Create production-ready experiences from complex, regulation-heavy workflows
• Lead discovery with customer interviews, prototyping, and usability testing
• Prepare Odin for a major US launch

🎯 Requirements

• Deep product design expertise with end-to-end ownership
• In-house experience delivering complete customer journeys
• Portfolio showing visual design and measurable impact
• Strong information architecture and prototyping skills
• Ability to work at pace with high-quality, complex designs
• Experience designing for regulated environments
