🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Stats, or related field.
• 7+ years engineering/technical management experience.
• ≥2 years blockchain development with Solidity/Ethereum.
• Strong Web3.js and blockchain knowledge.
• Experience deploying blockchain apps and smart contracts.
• Proficiency in JS/HTML/CSS and multiple stacks (JS, Python, Java, etc.).
