🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with production web-based systems.
• 4+ years in engineering leadership roles with people-management.
• Owned leadership, delivery, capacity planning, prioritisation, and organisational development.
• Experience leading senior engineers and shaping broader leadership paths.
• Proven collaboration with founders/executive leadership during growth/transformations.
• Delivery leadership in SaaS, product-focused, or fast-paced environments.
