🎯 Requirements

• Strong Java expertise; hands-on AI-powered SDLC tools knowledge is a plus (Claude or Kiro).
• Experience as a second-line manager, leading Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Operational excellence with balance of quality and delivery discipline.
• Stakeholder management with cross-functional alignment.
• Hands-on contributor background before moving into leadership for technical credibility.
