Head of Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and scale the engineering organisation with focus on people leadership and delivery
• Own engineering delivery at an organisational level
• Manage and develop engineering leaders (Tech Leads, QA Leads)
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into plans and timelines
• Set standards for architecture, quality, reliability, security, engineering practices
• Maintain accountability for service reliability and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in professional software engineering
• 4+ years in engineering leadership (Manager/Head/Lead)
• Ownership of people leadership, delivery, capacity planning
• Experience leading senior engineers and tech leaders
• Partner with founders/executive leadership during growth
• Delivery leadership in SaaS/product-focused environments
