📋 Description

• Lead and grow North America engineering team; set direction.
• Partner with Regional PM to translate NA needs into requirements.
• Drive forward-deployed engineering for enterprise customers.
• Recruit and develop engineering talent from the SF AI ecosystem.
• Serve as the technical voice for North America; influence roadmap.
• Own deployment reliability and integration across NA health systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Technically credible leader who can recruit and lead distributed teams.
• Active contributor; conducts architecture reviews and sets standards.
• Experience with forward-deployed or professional services in regulated enterprises.
• Deep familiarity with AI agents and complex enterprise integrations.
• Able to communicate across product and engineering with leadership.
• Bias for velocity with enterprise healthcare discipline.
