Lead Notion's Enterprise GTM motion in Japan for new logo, expansions, and renewals.
Coach and develop enterprise leaders and ICs across the motion.
Define account strategy, pipeline generation, and executive engagement in Japan.
Scale GTM motion in-market with live builds, value narratives, and adoption hand-offs.
Establish operating rhythms: pipeline reviews, deal reviews, forecasts, and leadership reporting.
Partner cross-functionally to build playbooks and drive adoption with Enterprise customers in Japan.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in B2B SaaS, AI, productivity, collaboration, or workflow tech.
3+ years of second-line leadership experience.
Strong PLG and SLG sales motion understanding.
Proven ability to scale GTM transformation with enablement and coaching.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive presence.
Fluency in Japanese (native/bilingual) and English (high-business).
