Head of Experimentation

📋 Description

• Own the Experimentation pillar and lead the Product team in triad with Engineering and Design.
• Define strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes for the in-product experimentation platform.
• Advance AI-native primitives and close the loop from offline evaluation to production experiments.
• Win high-maturity buyers by delivering-depth capabilities for analytics and warehouse integration.
• Expand warehouse-native coverage across major data warehouses and query layers.
• Represent the category externally and enable sales to win head-to-head.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior product leader (GM, VP, or equivalent) with a track record owning a data-focused product
• Deep fluency in experimentation methodology: causal inference, variance reduction, sequential
• Experience recruiting and leading data science, engineering, and design teams.
• Ability to set multi-quarter roadmaps and communicate with executives and boards.
• Clear, direct communicator who ships and learns quickly, not just documents requirements.
• Vision for AI-native experimentation and its use in autonomous systems and production data.
