🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in field and event marketing
  • Experience managing events from 30 to 5000+ attendees
  • Ability to multi-task across projects and liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Impeccable attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with executives, government officials
  • Experience with CRMs including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Outreach
  • Collaborative, cross-team with time zones incl executive leadership
