Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, plan-vs-actual
• Build budgeting and forecasting cycle incl. budgets, cash-flow forecasts, scenario planning.
• Design and operate a robust financial control framework with reconciliations, approvals, audit
• Manage merchant settlements across entities, currencies, fees, refunds, chargebacks, FX conversions.
• Lead finance across multiple entities and intercompany transactions; consolidate reporting.
• Partner with Data, Development, Treasury, and leadership to automate reporting and improve

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance, including at least 3 years leading a finance team.
• Background in fintech/payments, acquiring, EMI, or high-volume transactional business.
• Proven experience moving from manual reporting to automated data pipelines and reporting.
• Strong experience managing multiple legal entities, currencies, and intercompany operations.
• Hands-on ownership of P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and forecasting.
• Ability to define metrics and profitability analysis by product, customer, or channel.
