Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end management reporting, including P&L, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet
• Build and maintain the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including operating budgets, payment
• Design and operate a robust financial control framework covering regular reconciliations
• Manage merchant settlements, including settlement calculations, provider fees, minimum fees
• Oversee finance across multiple legal entities, currencies, and intercompany transactions
• Serve as the business owner for financial automation by defining financial logic, KPIs, formulas

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Finance, including at least 3 years managing a finance team or function.
• Professional background in fintech, payments/PSP, acquiring, EMI, banking, crypto payments, or
• Proven experience building or transforming financial processes, particularly moving from manual
• Strong experience managing multiple legal entities, currencies, and intercompany operations.
• Hands-on ownership of P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, plan-vs-actual reporting, and financial
• Ability to define financial metrics, establish standardized calculation methodologies, and develop
