Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Own the finance function across FP&A, accounting ops, reporting, revenue processes, and
• Lead monthly/quarterly close, consolidations, reconciliations; produce investor/board reporting
• Establish budgets, rolling forecasts, unit economics analysis; monitor actuals vs P&L plan.
• Develop revenue recognition policies including ASC 606, deal reviews, SOC 2 readiness.
• Build/optimize quote-to-cash: order mgmt, invoicing, collections, cash application, credit risk
• Own deal desk with discounting guardrails and approval policies; collaborate with

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in SaaS finance/accounting with end-to-end quote-to-cash & revenue recognition.
• Experience building/managing deal desk ops and sales compensation programs.
• Strong SaaS metrics, forecasting, budgeting, revenue recognition, unit economics, cash management.
• Proven success improving close processes, forecasting accuracy, DSO, finance ops.
• Strong policy development skills; scalable frameworks in fast-growing env.
• Cross-functional partnership with Product, GTM, Legal, etc.
