Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead the finance function for a global business generating over $50M revenue with growth to $100M
• Accountable for financial planning, accounting, reporting, treasury, compliance, controls, and
• Partner with CEO/COO on forecasting, liquidity, financing strategy, and growth planning; drive
• Build a scalable, AI-native finance function with automation and integrated workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise FP&A and financial model architecture, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash
• Capital structure, treasury, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt facilities, FX
• Global accounting, multi-jurisdictional reporting, revenue recognition, consolidation, transfer
• Finance operating model design, team leadership, and scalable processes, systems, and governance.
• Experience with AI-enabled tooling and automation in finance operations.
