Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead management reporting across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, plan-vs-actual, and
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and scenario analysis.
• Design robust financial controls, reconciliations, approvals, audit trails, and digital adjustments.
• Oversee settlements, fees, surcharges, refunds, chargebacks, FX, and intercompany transfers.
• Manage finance across multiple entities/currencies and collaborate with Data/Dev/Treasury/exec

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance; at least 3 years leading a finance team.
• Background in fintech/payments, acquiring, EMI, banking, or high-volume transactional business.
• Experience automating reporting and building data pipelines; move from Excel to automation.
• Hands-on P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and forecasting ownership; strong metrics definition.
• Proficiency with financial controls, reconciliations, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with data tools and presenting to C-level/board; professional English (B2+).
