Head of Finance, Brazil (part-time)

📋 Description

• Oversee financial statements and reports: management accounts, regulatory filings, tax submissions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for strategic decisions.
• Maintain internal controls for accurate financial information.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations from Central Bank of Brazil, CVM and other authorities.
• Act as statutory representative before Central Bank, CVM and applicable authorities.
• Assist with external audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or audit.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a finance role within financial services, preferably capital
• Familiarity with Central Bank of Brazil and CVM regulations, Fit & Proper criteria.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, capital markets operations, and regulatory
• Proficient in financial software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
