Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end management reporting across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, plan-vs-actual, and
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles: operating budgets, cash-flow forecasts, scenario planning
• Design and operate a robust financial control framework with reconciliations, SLAs, approval
• Oversee merchant settlements, including fees, surcharges, refunds, chargebacks, FX, and transfers.
• Manage finance across multiple legal entities, currencies, and intercompany transactions with

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance, including 3+ years leading a finance team.
• Background in fintech/payments/PSP/acquiring/banking or high-volume transactional business.
• Proven experience automating reporting and building data pipelines from manual Excel-based
• Strong experience with multiple entities, currencies, and intercompany operations.
• Hands-on ownership of P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and forecasting; ability to define metrics
• Proficiency with data validation, reconciliations, and financial controls; experience with
