Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Own the full budgeting cycle end-to-end with KPIs and milestones.
• Build and maintain cash forecasting model; monitor burn rate/runway.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly updates for board and investors.
• Lead equity rounds: modelling, due diligence, investor responses.
• Manage due diligence on acquisitions; build M&A models; post-merger integration.
• Own banking relationships; treasury policies; currency risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in in-house finance; SaaS/VC-backed; 3+ years leadership.
• Proven VC-backed financing rounds post-Series B.
• Robust financial modelling for multi-entity/multi-currency.
• Familiarity with DATEV, Stripe, Moss, Spendesk; NetSuite.
• Ownership of forecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Hands-on now, strategic later; growth into VP level.
