• Regular support for key projects: M&A, carve-outs, launches, partnerships.
• Deliver insights for CFO and CEO decisions.
• Development and analysis of strategic projects.
• Supervise calculations; assess relevance to investment strategy.
• Financial modeling, valuation analyses, tax and financing structuring.
• Day-to-day project management and cross-team coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance.
• 5+ years in finance/investment analysis (Telco/Big Four/Invest.)
• Experience preparing materials for management and HQ.
• Advanced English.
• Negotiations with clients, financial institutions, internal teams.
