📋 Description

• Establish and develop a scalable shared-service operating model for Finance Operations in India
• Lead finance transition activities, including knowledge transfer, process migration, change
• Oversee core transactional finance processes, ensuring accurate billing, reconciliations
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, compliance, risk management, and audit readiness while
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, service measures, and performance standards to improve efficiency
• Support finance transformation initiatives and ERP optimization, including the integration and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a finance operations leader, with a strong background in finance operations
• Strong understanding of transactional finance, month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany
• Demonstrated experience designing, transitioning, and embedding shared-service operating models
• Strong change-management and transformation leadership skills, with the ability to operate
• Solid knowledge of finance systems and ERP environments; experience with NetSuite or a similar
• Ability to identify and implement continuous-improvement opportunities using automation
