📋 Description

• AI Adoption & Workflow Modernization across business operations.
• Own and refine operating cadence, quarterly planning milestones, OKR/KPI tracking, executive
• Identify, evaluate, and deploy practical AI workflows to reduce manual toil and boost team output.
• Champion AI enablement within the Finance team and drive automation opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Manager level: 7+ years in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Consulting
• Director level: 10+ years with a track record of cross-functional transformations
• Background in B2B software, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments preferred
• AI fluency and experience with workflow orchestration and modern productivity tooling
• Proven governance, project management, and ability to build operating systems from scratch
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management without direct line authority
