Head of Finance, South America

📋 Description

• Lead finance for the South America region from Buenos Aires office
• Own tax, local audits, FP&A, revenue planning, and regional finance strategy
• Build finance function, set up entity, controls, and compliance backbone
• Partner with regional GM and global finance team to scale the business
• Drive treasury, cash management, FX, and liquidity in a volatile environment
• Oversee HR and property-related finance matters as the region grows

🎯 Requirements

• Senior finance leadership experience across controllership/compliance and FP&A
• Strong knowledge of Argentine and South American tax/regulatory environments
• Expert financial modelling and planning capabilities
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Ability to build and lead a team in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
• Experience setting up finance functions or entities in a new market (nice-to-have)
