Head of Fixed Income and Structured Products (including AMCs)

📋 Description

• Lead distribution for fixed income, structured products, and AMCs.
• Define product strategy, pricing, and target client segments.
• Onboard issuer and distribution partners; manage relationships.
• Build and scale the team per the business plan.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Ops, Treasury and Tech.
• Govern PRIIPs/KID and applicable conduct rules.

🎯 Requirements

• 12-20 years in fixed income and/or structured products distribution.
• Cash bonds and structured products background; AMC experience preferred.
• Established counterparty and client network.
• Desk-building and team leadership experience.
• MiFID II product governance, PRIIPs/KID knowledge.
• Fluent English; strong P&L accountability.
