Head of Fleet Operations (UK)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end deployment of UK on-road testing strategy into tactical plans.
• Oversee UK Fleet Operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-performing testing.
• Coordinate Shift Leads and manage two shifts across 0630–2330, seven days a week.
• Collaborate with Systems & Enablement Division and SW/HW/Product teams to align testing with
• Drive continuous improvement in testing procedures, safety, and team performance.
• Own on-road risk and act as escalation point for safety-critical decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Operational management experience in automotive testing, tech, or a safety-critical field.
• Strong strategic thinking to turn strategy into executable plans.
• Excellent people leadership for diverse and shift-based teams (contractors and FTE).
• Proven resource planning and allocation across fleet and personnel.
• Sharp communication and stakeholder management across SW, HW, Product, and global leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity and on-call incident management; based in or willing to relocate to London
