• Lead Flight Test and Evaluation team for Wing Delivery System
• Hybrid role based in Palo Alto, CA
• Bridge engineering, operations, regulatory, and product teams
• Ensure flight test programs meet regulatory and safety standards
• Translate test observations into business roadmaps
• Drive high-integrity planning and data-driven decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in flight test engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on sUAS/eVTOL flight testing
• Bachelor’s in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical or related
• Leadership or people-management experience
• End-to-end domain knowledge of autonomous aircraft systems
• HIL/SIL experience, flight test acceleration
