Head of Fund Analytics & Automation — Credit Fund

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data and automation stack for the credit fund.
• Build and operate deal pipeline, scoring, and investor reporting.
• Own data platform with PostgreSQL, ETL, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with LPs/borrowers; present dashboards in meetings.
• Implement audit-grade governance for outputs and models.
• Scale to future investment types and team growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data analytics/engineering with production automation.
• Hands-on with LLM-based automation and audit-grade outputs.
• Strong SQL and Python; PostgreSQL; end-to-end data platform ownership.
• Workflow orchestration experience (n8n, Airflow).
• BI/dashboarding experience (Tableau/Power BI or similar).
• Security mindset for sensitive data; English fluency for external audiences.
