Head of Fund Operations – Credit Fund

📋 Description

• Stand up and run the operating machinery of the Xsolla Credit Fund.
• Structure and LPA work with counsel (vehicle, jurisdiction, terms).
• Oversee provider stack: fund admin, auditors, tax, banking, compliance.
• Manage LP onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and cash controls.
• Own valuation policy and NAV with the administrator.
• Build reporting stack and ensure diligence readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in fund operations or fund controllership at private capital funds.
• Experience taking a private fund from formation to first close.
• Deep knowledge of LPA terms, fund admin, capital calls, ILPA reporting.
• Credit-fund specifics and leverage facilities are a plus.
• Hands-on operator with strong documentation and controls.
• Clear communicator to investors, borrowers, and leadership.
