🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional analytical ability and the ability to master unfamiliar, complex business areas.
• Experience in strategy consulting, strategic operations, a Chief of Staff function or similar
• Strong judgment, discretion and capability to operate with senior leaders.
• Ownership of complex, cross-functional projects with limited oversight.
• Clear, concise communication and the confidence to influence leadership.
• High ambition and resilience; iGaming experience is beneficial but not essential.
