• Design global FM and HSE policies and procedures
• Build a centralized, scalable FM operating model
• Lead vendor strategy, contract mgmt, and audits
• Oversee landlord relations, service charges, and cost controls
• Ensure local HSE compliance across offices
• Drive sustainability, ESG data collection, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Global FM and HSE leadership in tech-driven orgs
• Implemented FM software and policies from scratch
• German HSE laws (BetrSichV, DGUV) and international FM standards
• Global IFM providers (CBRE, JLL, Apleona, ISS) management
• English fluent; German proficiency preferred for compliance
• Strong vendor negotiation and stakeholder management
