📋 Description

• Lead global payroll operations from the Philippines. Senior, people-first role with technical
• Own US multi-state payroll and tax compliance strategy, reporting to VP HR and advising C-suite.
• Manage and scale a PH-based payroll team; build high-performance function from the ground up.
• Collaborate with US Finance/HR/Operations; drive global payroll excellence and system integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years US multi-state payroll experience; 3+ years in people leadership.
• Proven ability to build/scale a Philippines-based payroll team.
• Deep expertise in US multi-state tax compliance (SUTA/FUTA, FICA, W-2/W-3, state nexus).
• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query, large datasets.
• Strong English communication; ability to translate complex tax topics for stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
