🎯 Requirements

Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable growth tactics.
Proven track record of scaling consumer-facing platforms via performance marketing and organic growth.
Deep understanding of the crypto market landscape and Web3 user behavior.
Experience managing growth budgets and using marketing automation and analytics tools.
