🎯 Requirements

5+ years in growth marketing or user acquisition (fintech/crypto/AI).
Proven experience leading user acquisition, performance marketing, and growth hacking.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data into growth tactics.
Proven track record of scaling consumer platforms via performance marketing and organic growth hacking.
Deep understanding of the crypto market and Web3 user behavior.
Experience managing growth budgets and using marketing automation and analytics tools.
