🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of growth marketing or user acquisition in fintech, crypto, or AI sectors.
• Proven experience leading user acquisition, performance marketing, and growth hacking initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable growth tactics.
• Proven track record scaling consumer platforms via performance marketing and organic growth hacking.
• Deep understanding of the crypto market landscape and Web3 user behavior.
• Experience managing growth budgets and using marketing automation and analytics tools.
