• Lead and scale a cross-functional team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists
• Define a 3-year AI roadmap for GTM systems with AI-first workflows
• Architect production-grade AI models and data pipelines across CRM
• Maintain quality standards for AI-generated analysis and outputs
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and RevOps to standardize data models
• Foster Samsara's culture and growth mindset across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software, data science, or revenue tech; 5+ years managing people managers
• Hands-on AI architectures, LLM orchestration, data modeling, and SQL/BigQuery
• Experience designing AI workflows or scalable data pipelines at scale
• Translate complex tech into actionable business context for execs
• Must reside in the United States
• PLG SaaS and GTM systems familiarity (Salesforce, Snowflake, Looker/Tableau)
