🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning GTM Ops or RevOps at a globally distributed company.
• Scaled GTM Ops in a SaaS company with $50M–$200M ARR.
• Hands-on fluency with HubSpot or Salesforce, Segment, Braze, SQL, dbt.
• Track record hiring and developing GTM Ops talent.
• Passion for AI; hands-on building or side projects.
• Bias to action; build before you ask.
