📋 Description

• Define reliability standards and proof for each product and change.
• Turn real-world risk into clear requirements, test plans, and gates.
• Lead reliability sign-off for milestones (DVT and PVT readiness).
• Partner with design teams early to drive proactive reliability.
• Build a world-class test engineering function and data systems.
• Own test chambers, rigs, DAQ, automation, and calibration processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in reliability engineering for IoT or consumer electronics.
• Scale-up experience in fast-growth, high-accountability product environments.
• Deep experience with environmental testing and accelerated life testing.
• HALT/HASS experience and reliability growth programs.
• Experience with test jigs, instrumentation, DAQ and automation.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and building lab/test infrastructure.
